Who Lists?

What You Get

What You Control

Homegrown supplies the listing and enquiry route. You control:

Best early hosts

Reachable garden corners in cities and suburbs, accessible farm edges, walled gardens, old polytunnels, and organisational spaces with documented authority.

What we ask you for

County, rough location, size, light, water, access rules, boundaries, known hazards, permitted structures, and any fee or produce expectation.

What stays private

Your name, email, phone, exact address, and detailed notes are not published publicly. We only use them to assess and introduce a sensible match.

You can list before everything is final: we only need enough information to understand the space. Before a grower starts, work through our complete host guide, confirm insurance, and put the direct seasonal licence in writing.

Safety & Insurance

Insurance is not a barrier to submitting a listing. Before access begins, tell your insurer or broker exactly what you propose, including repeated visits and whether money or produce changes hands. Homegrown is researching an optional platform-arranged host-liability product similar in principle to marketplace host programmes; no such Homegrown cover is active yet. See the host insurance checklist and call script.

A direct arrangement: Homegrown handles the introduction. Host and grower agree the practical and legal details, sign their own seasonal licence and pay each other directly.

Do not enter an exact address here. We will not publish it or share contact details until both parties approve a specific introduction. By submitting, you agree to the Platform Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.
